Dr. Alper Özbilen is a technology strategist, author and executive working across artificial intelligence, digital transformation, cybersecurity and energy technologies. He combines an academic background in engineering and technology management with more than 17 years of public-sector experience and nearly a decade of international private-sector experience.

Dr. Özbilen began his career as an engineer in the early 2000s, at a time when digitalization was accelerating and the dynamics of global competition were being reshaped. After completing his MBA at Boston University in 2013, he increasingly focused his career on executive leadership and entrepreneurship.
His international experience, spanning North Africa to the Asia-Pacific region, has given him a broad perspective on regulatory systems, energy and technology policy, local market needs and evolving business models across different countries.
